Personalized Preventive Care
We work together with you to look at your overall well-being through examination, immunizations, blood testing and procedures, screening and counselling to help prevent or detect any potential health problems in advance.
Diabetes & Cholestrol Checks
We measure Blood Sugar, Hemoglobin A1c (long-term sugar), and all the major types of Cholesterol, in the office with just a drop of blood.
EKGs & Ultrasounds
We complete advanced computer-based EKG's as well as all types of Ultrasounds in the office, performed by Certified staff under the supervision of the doctor.
Specialized Tests
We also offer PT/INR Checks, Urine testing, Stool Blood testing, Strep Throat and Influenza A&B testing, H. Pylori testing, Pregnancy testing, and Pulse Oximetry.
Customized Services
We will work together with you to form a customized plan for Doctor supervised Nutritional & Weight Loss management, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Sexual Health, and any and all other health issues.

Azhar Chaudhry, MD
Internist
Azhar Chaudhry is a dedicated and considerate primary care doctor specializing in Internal Medicine serving the community of Orlando, FL. Dr. Chaudhry attended King Edward Medical University, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship and residency at the State University of New York, Upstate at Buffalo.
Dr. Chaudhry is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is the medical director and lead physician of Orlando Internal Medicine Center. Patients see Dr. Chaudhry for a variety of reasons regarding Heart, Lung, Gastrointestinal, Neurological, and Musculoskeletal issues to name a few.
Dr. Chaudhry has previously served as the Director of Internal Medicine at Cuba Memorial Hospital in New York. He has served as Hospital Section Chief at Florida Hospital Altamonte and has held many positions on committees at Florida Hospital Orlando. He has also owned and operated a large Hospitalist group in Orlando. He was listed in the Roll of Honor for academic and extracurricular achievements at King Edward Medical College and was elected President of the students’ union at the same institution.
Dr. Chaudhry is devoted to ensuring the longevity of his patients’ health and developing long-lasting relationships with them. He takes his time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure the continued health of all his patients.

Dr. Chaudhry spends his personal time travelling with family, playing Squash and Golf, and spending family time with his beautiful wife and daughters.
Timothy Lanier, APRN
Tim Lanier is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with Greater Orlando Hospitalists and Orlando Internal Medicine Center. Driven by a deep commitment to patient care, Tim views his work as a privilege—a chance to serve and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. His journey to becoming a nurse practitioner has been shaped by personal challenges, resilience, and a profound desire to provide compassionate, individualized care to every patient, regardless of their background.
Growing up amidst high expectations, Tim faced a turbulent path through college and personal struggles that led him to homelessness. A turning point came when he witnessed the inadequate care his father received after a traumatic injury. This experience ignited Tim's passion for nursing, prompting him to enroll in nursing school to ensure others would receive the care he wished for his father.
Tim's mission extends beyond direct patient care; he is committed to advocating for systemic change in healthcare. Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Nursing, he aims to educate future healthcare professionals about integrity and patient-centered care. Tim promises to treat every patient as if they were his own family, driven by the memory of his father and the belief that everyone deserves optimal care.
Tim strives to be a beacon of hope and healing through his work, dedicated to building trust and improving lives—one patient at a time.
